BCB8 Terms and Conditions – Member Rights & Responsibilities

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the BCB8 platform, including the website at bcb8.app, the BCB8 mobile app for iOS and Android, and all related services offered by BCB8 to its users.

By registering as a member, logging in to your account, or simply using any part of the BCB8 platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and fully agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the BCB8 platform immediately.

These Terms may be updated by BCB8 from time to time. BCB8 will notify you of significant changes via an in-platform notice or email. Continued use of the platform after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

2Member Eligibility

To register and use BCB8's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Not a citizen or resident of a country that explicitly prohibits online gambling activities under local law.
• Not currently listed on any self-exclusion register of a recognised responsible gambling programme.
• Registering as an individual (not on behalf of a company or third party) using accurate and valid personal information.
• Not holding any other active or suspended BCB8 account — each individual is permitted only one account.

BCB8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time to confirm member eligibility. Documents typically requested include a national identity card (MyKad), passport, or equivalent official document.

3Registration & Account Management

3.1 Registration Process

Registering a BCB8 account is free. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, email address, phone number, and date of birth. False or incomplete information may result in your account being suspended or closed without notice.

3.2 Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your BCB8 account password confidential. BCB8 recommends using a strong password (combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols) and encourages enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for added protection. BCB8 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by a member's failure to safeguard their login credentials.

3.3 One Account Per Individual

Each individual is only permitted to hold one BCB8 account. Opening multiple accounts to take advantage of promotions, bonuses, or for any other purpose is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed immediately.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Payment Methods

BCB8 supports a wide range of payment methods popular in Malaysia, including DuitNow, FPX, online bank transfers, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and other eWallet options listed on the platform. All financial transactions are processed through secure channels protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

4.2 Deposit Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the selected payment method. Current limit information can be found on the deposit page within your account. BCB8 reserves the right to adjust these limits from time to time based on the platform's risk management policy.

4.3 Withdrawal Process

Withdrawals for accounts that have completed the identity verification (KYC) process are handled within 5 to 15 minutes for eligible accounts. First-time withdrawals or accounts that have not been fully verified may take up to 24 hours to process. BCB8 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving any withdrawal deemed unusual.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or eWallet registered in your own name.
• BCB8 does not allow withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Daily minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account.
• All deposited funds must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal is permitted, unless otherwise stated.

5Bonuses & Promotions

BCB8 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses for new members, reload bonuses, cashback, enhanced odds offers, and a VIP loyalty program. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated in each promotional offer.

5.1 Rollover Requirements

All bonuses received must meet the required rollover (wagering) requirements before the relevant amount can be withdrawn. Rollover requirements vary by bonus type. 5.2 Bonus Abuse

BCB8 uses advanced detection systems to identify any attempts at bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage betting, or any strategy clearly intended to exploit bonus offers without genuine risk. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses may be suspended, and all related bonuses and wins may be voided.

• Each promotion may only be claimed once per member, per household, per device, or per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• BCB8 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Wins from free spins or bonus credits may be subject to a maximum withdrawal limit as stated in the relevant promotion's terms.

6Wagering Rules

All bets placed on the BCB8 platform are subject to the specific wagering rules applicable to each game type or sports event. Full rules are available in the Help and FAQ section of the platform.

6.1 Odds Accuracy & Results

BCB8 strives to ensure all displayed odds are accurate at the time of publication. However, in the event of an obvious technical error in odds setting (odds that are clearly incorrect or unreasonable), BCB8 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the member's account.

6.2 Live Betting (In-Play)

Bets placed during a live match (in-play) are accepted subject to market availability. BCB8 reserves the right to suspend or withdraw live betting markets at any time for technical or security reasons. Bets confirmed before a market suspension will remain valid.

6.3 Invalid Bets

BCB8 reserves the right to void any bet deemed to have been placed with malicious intent, based on insider information, or through any other fraudulent means. BCB8's decision in such matters is final.

7Prohibited Conduct

BCB8 members are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities while using the platform:

• Registering more than one account or assisting others in creating multiple accounts.
• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any technical method to manipulate the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to cheat the betting system.
• Uploading, posting, or transmitting any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others through the BCB8 platform.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to BCB8's systems, other users' accounts, or infrastructure.
• Using the BCB8 platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Impersonating any individual or entity, including BCB8 staff or representatives.

8Account Termination & Suspension

8.1 Termination by Member

You may close your BCB8 account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat. Prior to closure, all active bets will be settled according to actual results, and any eligible balance will be returned to you via the payment method used for your last deposit.

8.2 Termination by BCB8

BCB8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account with or without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to believe these Terms have been violated, if required by a competent authority, or if deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the platform and the safety of other members.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Members who feel that gambling has become a problem may voluntarily apply for self-exclusion through their account section or by contacting customer support. Requests will be processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed until the chosen exclusion period has ended.

9Privacy & Data Protection

BCB8 takes the protection of all members' personal data seriously. The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data is carried out in accordance with the BCB8 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and can be read on the Privacy Policy us.

By accepting these Terms, you consent to BCB8 collecting and processing your personal data, including your name, contact information, financial details, and platform usage data, for the purposes of service delivery, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and platform improvement. BCB8 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.

• All personal data is stored on servers protected with high-level encryption.
• Access to your data is restricted to BCB8 staff who require it to perform their duties.
• You have the right to request a copy of your personal data or to request its deletion, subject to BCB8's legal obligations.

10Liability Limits

The BCB8 platform is provided "as is" and BCB8 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose or freedom from technical disruptions. BCB8 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

BCB8's total liability to any member for any claim, whether based on contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11Terms Amendment

BCB8 reserves the right to amend, add, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to members via an in-platform notice, a login pop-up, or an email to the address registered on your account at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except in urgent circumstances.

The most current version of these Terms is always available on this page. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you remain informed of the latest conditions governing your use of the BCB8 platform.

12Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where BCB8 holds its licence. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the BCB8 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties within 30 days from the date the dispute is notified in writing.

If negotiation is unsuccessful, the dispute may be referred for resolution through arbitration or legal proceedings in the relevant jurisdiction. The language used in all proceedings shall be English, unless otherwise agreed.
